We/Are

"We Are*" (often styled as We/Are*) is a Japanese sci-fi romance visual novel video game released for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) on 27 July 2006 by the developer KID.

The game is set in the summer of a near-future Tokyo during a time of war, where humans with ESP (psychic abilities) have begun to appear. Rather than focusing heavily on the conflict itself, it follows a group of high school students living through these unusual circumstances. A manga adaptation titled We Are -Cruel Angel's- was also published alongside it.
