City is a real-time better-than-a-board-game in which the Spectrum keeps track of the money and properties - and acts as a timekeeper - while the City you build takes on a life of its own.

This City has banks, factories, houses, apartment blocks, shops and pubs. Four property developers struggle for rents and profits - building, purchasing and demolishing their way to one million pounds. But life isn't that simple because

in City you have to pay taxes - and the banks charge interest on overdrafts too! When people start to move about and property values alter you'll really be glad that the Spectrum is keeping track of everything while you just play the game.
