Welcome to Sonic Rush 3D, the unofficial 3D fan re-imagining of Sonic Rush!
Sonic Rush 3D is essentially a mishmash of Sonic Rush and Sonic Unleashed/Generations. It takes the 3D/2D hybrid boost gameplay of Sonic’s modern boost titles, and combines it with Rush’s trick system. From the boost side of things, there are returning moves including side step, drift, stomp, light speed dash and slide. Joining these moves is the spindash, which is good for getting up slopes when your boost is empty, or getting under the same obstacles as the slide move. Tricks can be activated on grind rails and whenever Sonic’s got a trail of stars following him.
