Overview

Skull Kid, also known as the skullkid, is an action arcade flash game that was developed by chance and released on September 14, 2002. Skull Kid is a relatively short flash game in which the player controls a character, presumably a kid, who is wearing a skull mask and is armed with a chainsaw. In the game, the player must make their way through an office building, killing anyone and destroying anything in their way. On the first floor of the building, the player will be met with little resistance from the office workers they are killing and must simply chainsaw through them in a brutal fashion along with any other furniture in their way until they reach the elevator on the other side of the room. Once the player reaches the second floor, the gameplay is switched up dramatically and as is the difficulty. The player will now be armed with only a pistol, and they must make their way across another floor that is filled with office workers who are also armed with firearms. The player must take cover behind objects and engage in firefights with the office workers one at a time by carefully peaking out of cover and firing at the right time in order to kill the workers and take as little damage as possible. The last office worker on this floor is particularly difficult as he is armed with a fully automatic weapon. When the player has made it to the end of the second floor, they will arrive at another elevator and can proceed to the third and final floor. The third floor is the easiest and fastest to clear and features only one office worker, who appears to be the boss, who will let you simply walk up to him and put a chainsaw through his stomach. Upon killing the boss, the player will be presented with a victory screen and the option to play the game again.
