Overview

A single player game emulating a casino experience created by Robert D'Asto and published in 1992 as freeware. The goal of each player is to win the pot, which contains all the bets that the players have made in any one deal. A player makes a bet in hopes that they have the best hand, or to give the impression that they do. In most Poker versions, the top combination of five cards is the best hand. Five cards are dealt to each player plus another hand of five cards face down on the table. Cards are turned up one at a time, and there is a round of betting each time a card is exposed. Each player selects a hand of five cards from among the cards in their own hand and the five on the table. The game uses standard poker hands.
