Ambulance

Overview

Ambulance is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.

The player is the driver of a military ambulance who must rescue the battalion's wounded amidst the fighting. The player must avoid exploding bombs, and spikes set out by the enemy that will puncture the player's tires. The ambulance is equipped with three bombs to defend itself, as the player tries to pick up wounded and return them to the hospital. The player receives 100 points for each man rescued, and receives an extra life at 1,500 and 3,000 points. The player starts with three lives, and it's game over when all are lost.
