Homebrew Hockey variant of Pong.
Usage: Press 'Clear'. Enter game type using Keypad A '1' (hockey), '2' (doubles tennis), '3' (pong), '4' (squash)
Usage: Then '8' (easy) or '9' (hard)
Usage: Controls on Keypad A and B are '2' (up), '8' (down), '0' (serve)
