Mayumi: School Adventure Game

Not to be confused with Cocktail Soft's 1992 game Mayumi, BMP's Mayumi: School Adventure Game combines quiz-based gameplay with elements of Japanese hentai adventure games. Set in a school environment, players navigate between locations such as a quiz area, a meeting hall, and various rooms, answering quiz questions to progress.
