Chaos;Head Noah is a visual novel that follows Takumi Nishijo, a second-year high school student on the verge of becoming a shut-in. He lives in Shibuya, where a series of bizarre serial murders known as "New Generation Madness" (NewGen) has been causing unrest. One day, Takumi receives a gruesome image predicting the next NewGen killing from a mysterious figure called "Shogun." The next day, he encounters a horrific crime scene exactly as predicted, with a blood-soaked girl named Rimi Sakihata standing before the corpse. The game involves investigating these mysterious deaths and uncovering the truth behind the NewGen incidents.
