BLOCK OUT

BLOCK OUT is a brick-breaking action game for the Sony PocketStation, included as one of the mini-games in Pocket MuuMuu. The player controls a paddle that moves horizontally to bounce a ball into rows of blocks above. Unlike most games in the genre, the playfield extends far beyond the width of the screen, requiring the camera to scroll horizontally as the paddle moves. Blocks are cleared by striking them with the ball, while missing the ball costs a life. Collectible items occasionally appear and award bonus points.
