Overview
Beamgalaxian is a Galaxian variant. The player controls a space ship at the bottom of the screen and must destroy the alien ships coming in from above. Different enemies are worth different points. Enemies start in formation slowly moving downwards just like in Space Invaders, but periodically an enemy will break formation and race down in an unpredictable pattern. If it reaches the bottom the enemy will reappear at the top. The enemies also fire back at the player. The player has limited lives before the game is over.
