FA-18 Precision Strike Fighter

A visually enhanced re-release of 1997's F/A-18 Korea, one of the most detailed and realistic F/A-18 Hornet simulations of it's time.

F/A-18 Precision Strike Fighter puts you in the cockpit of a tough and powerful plane, armed from a wide selection. Missions include destroying enemy air defense, maintaining air superiority, supporting ground units and destroying hostile aircraft.

You can take on the 28 built-in missions or create your own with the powerful mission designer. Multi-player options let you fly head-to-head or in teams over the internet, with up to four players. A training mode featuring multimedia clips is included, as well as an Instant Action mode.

The game includes 28 missions set during a conflict between North and South Korea and includes a mission editor for additional user created content.

While the original F/A-18 Korea was praised at it's release in 1997, Precision Strike Fighter got a colder reception, many criticized the fact that it was a full price release and yet featured only minor graphical enhancements over the then 5 year old predecessor.
