Super Tetris

Super Tetris is a conversion of Sega's System E version of Tetris to the Master System and Game Gear. It was developed and released by an unknown company in Taiwan.

The main gameplay is still very similar to the original Tetris, but the hack features completely different background graphics (Seemingly supposed to represent an alien planet) and new gimmicks not seen in the original. One of the new main mechanics is a stage system which clears the board after every 8 lines that you make. Clearing a stage will also give you a heart, which allows you to clear the board at will. Curiously, you can collect up to 4 hearts, which will form "HELP". You can also continue at any time.
