Overview
Diamonds is a puzzle game in which players must collect gems while navigating through a series of maze-like screens filled with hazards. The objective is to gather all diamonds within a time limit while avoiding falling boulders that can trap or crush the player. Each level presents a compact, self-contained puzzle that challenges players to think ahead before making moves.
The game requires players to consider the physics of falling objects and the layout of each screen. Timing and careful planning are essential to prevent being trapped or running out of time. Points are awarded for each diamond collected, and high scores can be recorded if the player is successful.
The game was republished in The Micro User magazine in 1987 under the title Diamond Quest. Other than some graphical adjustments, the game was identical with the other one.
