Atlantis (Tronic Verlag)

Overview

One of two games of the same name published by Tronic Verlag in an issue of their magazine Compute mit.

This one is an underwater themed game developed by Einsteinsoftware. During your last summer vacation at the seaside, you stumbled upon the remains of the legendary underwater city of Atlantis while diving. As you know from the city's history, treasures of immeasurable proportions are hidden there. You now want to recover these ancient treasures of the Atlanteans. But unfortunately, someone else has gotten wind of the treasure and your discovery: You have no choice but to dive for the treasures in winter. Since the water is, of course, freezing cold, you can't stay underwater for more than two minutes; otherwise, you'll freeze to death and lose one of your three lives. Furthermore, you must be careful not to run out of oxygen, hit a rock, or come into contact with the monsters.

It was published in Compute mit 1985/09.
