Balls!

Balls! is a fast-paced action game in which players control a ball moving across a grid of squares presented in a forward-scrolling 3D perspective. The objective is to reach the chequered goal square at the far end of each screen as quickly as possible.

Players navigate their ball left or right and adjust its speed to avoid hazards and take advantage of different square types. Blue squares are safe to travel on, purple squares make the ball jump, white squares accelerate movement while removing braking ability, yellow squares bring the ball to a stop, and black squares are lethal. Each type of square affects movement, requiring the player to react quickly and plan a safe route.

The game supports one or two players and includes features such as pausing, speed adjustment, and sound toggles from the main menu. Players may also access later levels if they have previously been completed. Balls! combines timing and spatial awareness in a game focused on quick reactions and pattern recognition.
