Overview
Froglet is an arcade game and Frogger clone where the player controls a frog attempting to cross a busy highway and a river to reach safe zones at the top of the screen. The game challenges players to avoid vehicles on the road and navigate floating logs and turtles on the river, with turtles occasionally submerging. Players start with four lives and must successfully occupy all four homes at the top of the screen within a time limit to advance to more difficult levels.
Froglet was initially published as a type-in listing in the April 1983 issue of Computing Today magazine and later updated in the June 1983 issue. It was subsequently offered for commercial sale by ASP Software.
