Hangman & Solitaire

Overview

Hangman is a word game about guessing hidden words by suggesting individual letters. The player has ten chances to complete the word before a drawing of a hanged man is completed. The word is initially represented by blanks, and each correct guess reveals the letter in its correct position. Incorrect or repeated guesses result in additional parts of the hangman figure being displayed. The game includes 500 words and offers three difficulty levels.

Solitaire is a single-player puzzle game based on the classic English peg solitaire board. The objective is to eliminate pegs by jumping over them, aiming to leave only one peg in the central hole. The game includes an option for the computer to demonstrate a solution to the puzzle.

Hangman was later included in a 1985 Blue Ribbon Software compilation "3D Munchy / Hangman" with 3D Munchy.
