Overview
Tomb of Death is an ancient Egypt-themed text adventure for the BBC Micro and Electron.
On an expedition into the desert, the native porters flee in terror when they discover that their destination is the tomb of the Goddess Haras. The grisly end of numerous previous expeditions has earned it the title 'Tomb of Death'. However, the lost Golden Idol of Haras is a prize beyond price and the player resolves to carry on alone.
The player must navigate the desert, gain access to the dangerous pyramid, and navigate the numerous traps and dangers inside. All commands are via VERB NOUN entry, and there is a save/restore feature.
