Leyendas de Lhodrye I: Arakhas el Oscuro

Hidden, remote, and mysterious, behind the dense, leafy forests of the Elidon Kingdom lies an ancient community that houses the wisest of all the kingdom's elders. He is known to be as old as the twisted, centuries-old trees that shelter his people.

His prophecies and wisdom have illuminated even the most powerful and distant kingdoms of the continent. But in this century, his prophetic visions are tinged with strange and dark omens. Omens that foretell an imminent catastrophe, whose face is a shadow from the past, a shadow that rises once again from the darkness to seize absolute power and bring with it an era of pain and destruction.

Likewise, the Ancient One's visions have assured the arrival of a Hero, who, through his own means and using mortal qualities—Strength, Wisdom, and Power—will ward off the evil that stalks us from the darkness and appease the Wrath of the Gods so that they do not succumb to the arrival of this new and dark form of power. The Hero will travel to the distant lands of the Kingdom of Elidon with the sole objective of reaching the Ancient One, so that he may prophesy about his mystical quest and the Hero may find a solution to his prophecies. Only the Chosen One will have the Power to defeat the darkness, and to do so, he must listen with great attention and wisdom to the Ancient One, for he will grant him the key to his Destiny and Victory.

The Druid's Light and Arakhas the Dark is a saga of two video adventures set in the Kingdom of Elidon, in which the protagonist must overcome various trials until reaching the game's ultimate goal: eliminating the Dark One.

This series was born as a result of the second Video Game Contest organized by PCActual, where it won first prize. The first two installments were later published in the Spanish magazine Computer Gaming World, and were subsequently reworked and expanded, creating two new installments translated into German, English, and Spanish for a German distribution company.
