Balloon Kaboom

Balloon Kaboom is a single player, timed, colour matching game.

Initially the screen is filled with coloured balloons. The object is to remove all the balloons and to keep on playing until time runs out or until a screen cannot be cleared. Balloons are cleared by clicking on groups of two or more of the same colour, all adjacent balloons of the same color will pop in chain reactions and, the longer the chain the higher the points.

Other game features include Star balloons which double run points, clouds along the side of the screen which can blow balloons left or right, and bonuses for clearing both a colour and a level.

The game has a high score table and when it was released it was possible for players to compete with other players by uploading their scores to an on-line Hall of Fame. In 2015 the site which supported this feature is no longer active.
