Martian Patrol

Overview

Martian Patrol is a single-player side-scrolling arcade game for the TRS-80, heavily based on Irem's Moon Patrol.

The player controls a small buggy on the surface of Mars, which can move left, right, jump, and briefly use a force field. The player can shoot horizontally forwards and vertically. The player must travel through a number of sectors, and has to jump over rocks and pits. The player must avoid and destroy attacking aliens.

The game was developed by Rick Maurice, and published in 1982 by Melbourne House Software.
