The Ultimate Fight

Published as a BASIC type-in listing in CPC magazine, The Ultimate Fight is a two-player western shooter about a duel in a desert arena, where opponents try to outshoot each other.

Both players control gunfighters on the same screen and fire revolver shots at each other. A hit counter tracks shots landed; ten hits defeat the opponent. After a hit, the playfield changes. A short cooldown is required between shots. Obstacles such as cacti, rocks, and other desert objects appear on the field and can be shot away, sometimes requiring multiple hits.
