Memories Off 6: Next Relation (メモリーズオフ6 Next Relation) is a Japanese visual novel created by 5pb. as the sequel (2nd chapter) to Memories Off 6: T-wave. It was released for Playstation and XBox 360 on August 27, 2009.

The story takes place a summer half a year after "T-wave", where the protagonist and the selected "T-wave" heroine continue their relationship until they reach the Ryuukyou Hot Springs.
