Overview
Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer is a rhythm fitness game that encourages movement by providing boxing exercises.
The player can choose an instructor with Lin, Bernardo, Stella, Guy, Monica or Evan as options, each having a different personality. By entering in their personal details and preferences, the player can develop a personalized training plan that plays out every day. They can keep track of personal goals and complete daily and weekly tasks to help them gain focus while exercising.
The game can be played in following modes:
• Quick Workout: playing a quick game without providing personal details and preferences first.
• Daily Workout: a steady progression system where each day leads to more complex workouts.
• Free Training: performing free-to-choose training exercises.
• Mitt Drills: punching different combos with a range of punches.
• Sit Fit Boxing: boxing without moving feet.
The game comes with thirty instrumental songs and can be played locally by up to two players simultaneously.
