Overview
Othello is the Amiga version of the famous strategy game Reversi.
In this game, the two players (the computer and the human player) take turns placing their own pieces—distinguished from the opponent's by color—on the board.
A piece can only be placed if there are opponent's pieces situated between it and another piece of the same color; those opponent's pieces are then flipped to match the color of the player who made the move.
The two players must therefore try to have as many pieces of their own color on the board as possible and position their pieces to prevent any damaging attacks from the opponent.
When the board is completely filled, the player with the greatest number of pieces wins.
