Arachnid

Arachnid is a 1 -2 player arcade game for the TRS-80.

The player controls a large immobile ship in the center of the screen which can fire in the 4 cardinal directions. Large spiders march on the four sides of the screen, and intermittently fire towards the player. The player must shoot and destroy the spiders before their ship is hit repeatedly and destroyed. The player has an energy bar on the bottom of the screen that is drained by spider-fire, and the ship is destroyed when this reaches 0.

This game was released as part of compilation package entitled "Arachnid +" along with "Baja Race" & "Warzone"
