Rock Star and Blue Note are single-player tables designed by John Osborne with artwork by Gordon Morison. They are near-identical, and are notable as one of Gottlieb's final, late-era electro-mechanical designs.
Rock Star is an add-a-ball machine, primarily marketed for export to Italy (268 units produced), while Blue Note (229 units produced) is a replay version designed for domestic markets.
