Overview
Target Ball is an arcade-style maze game in which up to three players race to complete nine clockwise laps around each of six stages. The goal is simple—circle the arena faster than your opponents—but frequent obstacles and the game’s unpredictable rebound physics make each run difficult to control.
The game takes place on single-screen arenas viewed from above. Players guide small balls through narrow corridors that loop around the screen, with motion governed by inertia and wall collisions. Hazards modify control and movement: bombs freeze the player briefly, puddles cause uncontrolled sliding, teleporters move the ball elsewhere, and “joystick” icons reverse directional input. Completing nine full laps clears the stage. The game’s challenge lies in maintaining control as speed increases and rebounds multiply.
