Terror en el Instituto takes place in a high school (which bears a striking resemblance to the one the author attended while developing the game) that has, in a sense, been "possessed." The game's objective is to discover why a peaceful school has transformed into a disturbing place filled with corpses, strange phenomena, and gory details before the protagonist succumbs to the supernatural exhaustion that has been building since entering the school.
