Twinky is a rare electro-mechanical pinball machine released in July 1967 by the Chicago Coin Machine Manufacturing Company. The game’s title and artwork are widely considered a reference to Twiggy, the iconic 1960s British fashion model. The name "Twinky" was likely used as a knockoff to avoid paying royalties.

The artwork features a vibrant TV studio scene including a prominent peacock motif, which is a nod to the NBC television network's logo.
