Pokémon Roaming Red

An open world hack of Pokémon Red with level scaling for gyms and wild encounters. You can choose what town your character starts in and what starter you want from your choice of all (non-legendary) non-evolved Pokémon. Level scaling is based on your highest level party member, and an in-game randomizer is included as well.
