Cobra

Overview

Cobra, released by Italian manufacturer Bell Games (Nuova 11) in February 1987, is a solid-state pinball machine featuring a cops and robbers theme.

Originally released as a complete machine and as a conversion kit to update older Bally or Williams cabinets, some estimates suggest as few as 80 units were made, though factory records indicate roughly 1,200 playfields were produced for use in full machines and kits.

Early production units featured the likeness of Sylvester Stallone (inspired by the 1986 film Cobra), but this was later replaced with generic snake artwork, likely due to licensing issues.

Notably, the table features parts of the track "Don't You Want Me" by The Human League during gameplay.
