Released by Bally Manufacturing Co. in November 1968, MiniZag is a single-player electro-mechanical pinball machine known for its innovative gameplay features, dance theme, and compact design. Designed by the legendary Ted Zale, it is highly regarded by collectors as an underrated gem of the late 1960s, featuring "Zipper Flippers", whereby the flippers move in to close the gap between them, preventing the ball from draining down the middle.
