Overview
Blobshop is a shareware game based on the classic board game Connect Four. The game has a story. There is a funfair in Idletown where the main attraction is Aunt Emma's Blobshop. At this stall players throw paint balls at a wall and win a prize if they make a beautiful blob. The funfair is now over and her helpers are playing on the stall on their own. Instead of using balls they are using paint guns. The game they are playing is to see who is the first to place five blobs in a line.
The play area is a grid which can vary in size from 6x6 to 15x15 cells. There are three difficulty levels to play on and random hazards such as blocked nozzles and grease spots can optionally be enabled.
