Popeye in High Seas High-Jinks

Popeye in High Seas High-Jinks is an unreleased game based on the franchise of the same name. It was to be published by American Technos, with development credited to a "Beachport Entertainment Group". All three Popeye games by Technos were shown at the Winter CES 1994 (the Mega Drive version even being playable), suggesting possible North American releases, but due to Technos' poor financial situation, the SFC and Game Gear versions were released exclusively in Japan, whereas the Mega Drive version was ultimately canceled.

While footage of an extremely early build had surfaced previously, this build is much further along, featuring fully beatable levels.
