Monsters & Magic

Monsters & Magic is a text only RPG for 1 player, based on the famous dice and book game Dungeons And Dragons. It is randomized, but the player gets to choose how many monsters (up to 50) that they want to have to defeat before taking on the Dungeon Lord. It's a guided game; for each room the player is in, they have options to search the room, open items that are openable or proceed to the next room (you can not go back). When the player encounter one of the 52 different monsters, the player has the choice to attack it or run. Everything is done with dice rolls (like the game that inspired it), and the player actually rolls for the monsters attacks and damage as well as their own. Some monsters can have more than 1 attack each round (for example, a manticore has 3 attacks per round). A variety of objects can be found or bought, and other things the player finds can enhance items already in their inventory. F
