Escape from Tut's Tomb

Escape From Tut's Tomb is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

You were warned, but you did you listen? No. And now you're lost in this musty tomb, fighting for your life against smelly, stupid horror movie rejects.

The player guides an adventurer through a series of passageways, collecting treasures and avoiding dangers, including: bats, serpents, spiders, dragon heads, and curses. On each level, there are spawn points, where an endless series of these monsters stream forth. The player can move in the cardinal directions, but can only fire horizontally. Monsters can also be safely bounced off the player's helmet. There are a total of 15 rooms to navigate, and the player starts with 3 lives.
