This is a special event distribution ROM that was used to reward those who bought the DVD of “Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea” at the 25th World Hobby Fair. The DVD box would have a special coupon in it, which could be brought to the Hobby Fair and shown to an employee to be redeemed for the Manaphy.

This ROM would be inserted into the 2nd slot (GBA) of the Nintendo DS to transfer Manaphy to either diamond or pearl
