Owari Davis reads about an urban legend about a killer who impersonates their victims. Intrigued, she plans to meet with her friend Sebastian Reed, who has already gathered six more friends to join them. With spring break just starting, the group sets out to uncover this mystery as a fun project. But what starts as harmless curiosity quickly spirals into something far more dangerous…

Wanting Shock™ is a visual novel created by solo developer @GamerGirl-Studios™. This game started development in late February of 2025 transitioning from Tyranobuilder to Ren'Py, a visual novel engine used by many developers. In the game, players follow a storyline, in "What would you do?" type scenarios. Inspired by games like this Danganronpa, the story focus on suspense, mystery, and... well, shock.
