Air-Raid (B. Renato)

Overview

The player operates a missile launcher and his task is to shoot down incoming aircraft. Opponents attack in two phases. In the first phase, they fire at the cannon, and if the aircraft is not destroyed, the bombing phase begins. Falling bombs cannot be shot down and usually destroy the spare cannons visible at the bottom of the screen. After the player hits an aircraft, a parachutist appears, who must be shot down. Each bomb drop and paratrooper landing generates negative points. You can also fire rockets located on the left and right sides of the screen. To do this, the enemy aircraft must be very far away, i.e. visible as a dot and within the rocket's range. Then the rocket can be fired with the key combination A+Ins (rockets on the left) or S+Ins (rockets on the right). The game ends when you run out of missiles, and there are only 60 of them.
