Overview
Played from a top-down perspective, each team controls one active player, the one closest to the ball, while the computer controls the other players on the field. The computer also controls the goalie on each team. Active players can pass left or right, or take weak or strong kicks.
Players can also head the ball or perform a slide tackle, and for goal kicks and throw-ins the player can vary the direction and power. An announcer at the bottom left of the screen provides game commentary. There are nine levels of computer opponent.
In management mode, the player picks teams, trades players, and can view their individual skill and strength.
