Along Came A Spider

Along Came A Spider is a 2D platformer that puts the player in control of a spider who must jump from various moving and stationary platforms that come in various colours. On white platforms the spider can be walk, climb and swing, purple ones cannot be climbed, and orange ones move other platforms along. Meanwhile the spider attempts to get home and catch the three flies that are on each level, to unlock new environments. The spider can also swing from the platforms using its webbing to catch the flies, and webbing can also be used to bridge two platforms. There are twenty levels and four special boss levels, during which the spider gains new swinging abilities. Near to some platforms are glowing white orbs that act as checkpoints and require close proximity in order to activate. At the end of each level there is a spider's web that must be entered in order to complete the level.
