Angry Robot Rampage

Angry Robot Rampage is a side-scrolling shooter about one man's battle against an endless horde of hostile robots. The aim of the game is to travel as far as possible while using a pistol and grenades to destroy any robots along the way.

There are two types of robots: robots that walk and robots that fly. The walking robots are harmless except for when they are touching the player, which will cause the player to lose health, and can easily overwhelm the player in numbers. The walking robots have a weak spot at the back of the head which allows them to be destroyed in one shot if the player is quick enough to jump behind them and shoot it before the robot turns around. Flying robots drop projectiles which harm the player. Walking robots drop pistol ammo and grenades when killed which the player can use to restock their arsenal.

The game continues indefinitely until the player dies, at which point their overall score, time survived in seconds, and distance travelled is shown.
