Overview
Ranma ½ Kart 64 is a ROM hack created by Arian Ventura, based on Mario Kart 64 for the Nintendo 64.
The game was released on January 30, 2026.
This ROM hack includes 8 fully playable characters inspired by the Ranma ½ universe, along with 2 guest characters from Urusei Yatsura and a special appearance from Neon Genesis Evangelion as a referee.
All character dialogue and voices have been completely replaced, and the game is fully translated into Spanish, including Latin American Spanish voice acting.
Additional changes include redesigned title screens and menus, an updated character selection screen, renamed tracks and billboards, and redesigned textures to better suit the Ranma ½ theme, while maintaining the original Mario Kart 64 gameplay.
The game requires the Nintendo 64 Expansion Pack (8MB) to function correctly.
