Overview
Mistake is a freeware spot-the-differences puzzle game released as a companion to OverRise's commercial game Doko ga chigau no?. Like with the main game, players are shown a pair of pictures side by side and have to identify what spots feature differences from each other. Players get immediate feedback on whether they found a real difference or not as soon as they click - but if they click a spot with no differences, they're given a strike, and lose after taking three strikes.
While Doko ga chigau no? is aimed at children, Mistake features a much more challenging set of levels aimed at adults instead. They share no levels in common but otherwise play identically, so Mistake can be seen as a sort of demo for the commercial game.
