Baby Maker Extreme 2

Baby Maker Extreme 2 features gameplay similar to that of its predecessor. The player must time the breathing of a woman in labor before mashing a button to launch the woman's newborn baby as far as possible for maximum points. From there, the player controls the baby and must ensure that it keeps moving by bouncing off glowing objects and avoiding hazards. The player may also play as their Xbox avatar instead of the default baby. The game records the player's top scores and features numerous items for the avatar to wear which can be unlocked after completing certain challenges.
