Overview
Apparently, this is one of the variants of the game Oil's Well, but with some plot justification. It was not possible to understand it, but the essence, apparently, boils down to the fact that it is necessary to save the oil reserves of mankind.
The general meaning and even the appearance of the game is extremely similar to Oil's Well: you need to launch a kind of "drill" (or pipe?), capable of bending, into underground labyrinths in order to pump out oil and avoid various dangers. But if in Oil's Well (we are talking about the 1990 version) there were not so many of these dangers (insects and bombs mostly, as we remember), then here it is just a nightmare: there are "mouthy" balls like Pac-Man (!), and some funny green creatures rolling through tunnels, and something like ghosts, and a lot of other things. And the effect of their impact on the drill and its "drill" is different: someone will die from contact with the "drill", but will destroy the drill itself if he touches it (therefore, as in Oil's Well, you need to constantly monitor the movement of creatures through the labyrinths and periodically "pull" the drill back), someone will do the opposite. Naturally, the time to complete each level is limited, to pass you need to pump out all the available oil (additional points can give by killing some creatures), and each level is much more difficult than the previous one.
The graphics here, unlike Oil's Well, are very gloomy, and the strange cutscene with the monkey seems to indicate that something bad has happened in this world; So there will be no funny episodes in this game, unlike its predecessor. And, as mentioned above, it is really monstrously complex (much more complex than Oil's Well, which in itself is far from a simple thing) and requires just an amazing reaction.
Unfortunately, there is not much more to say, because the game, in fact, is just a complicated development of an ancient idea.
