Overview
World Link: Revised are improved versions developed over several years. They fix the original hacks' problems while introducing modern mechanics and quality-of-life features, transforming the 1.5 Touhoumon experience into something genuinely playable and competitive. The project evolved from personal edits into polished, standalone hacks. The original Touhoumon hacks (Another World and World Link) by Aichiya Sanae were ambitious 1.5-generation hacks with devoted fans, but plagued by serious flaws: extreme difficulty spikes, overpowered stats, poor map design, and excessive trainer items—issues that made them accessible mainly to hardcore challenge run enthusiasts.
