This is a special version of Kunio-Kun no Dodge Ball: Dayo Zenin Shuugou! that was released on a gold cart & given in very limited quantities to winners/participants of a tournament.

Unlike the regular retail version of the game, this version only has 2-Player mode and is lacking team customization options.
